The role of Prakash which was played by Sharad Kapoor was originally offered to the director Mansoor Khan's cousin, Aamir Khan. However, Aamir turned down the role because he felt that it was a very small role compared to Shahrukh Khan's role of Max. Tuesday, February 17, 2009
